Expert coaching has been cancelled this Saturday 2nd July, As our riders are travelling down to Braintree in Essex for the weekend to compete in the National Bmx Racing Series and Ian will be with us supporting his daughter Ellie Jo.
Coaching will return on Saturday 9th July as normal – 12.00noon to 2.00pm.

Please note that expert coaching will be cancelled on Saturday 16th July, As our riders will be travelling down to Redditch to complete in more rounds of the National Bmx Racing Series and again Ian will be with us supporting his daughter Ellie Jo.
Sorry for the inconvenience but I am sure you will understand that we are now in the middle of an extremely busy year, Especially for our Expert Riders who are competing in their National Racing Series as well as a few who are successfully competing in the European Rounds and the World Championships in Copenhagen in July.
Many thanks for your continued support and the very very best of luck for continued success to all our riders who are travelling to Braintree this weekend.

Our coaching sessions times will be changed with effect from Saturday 11th June.
Please make a note of the new times as follows:
10.00am to 12.00 noon – BEGINNERS AND INTERMEDIATE RIDERS COACHING SESSIONS
12.00 noon to 2.00pm – EXPERT RIDERS COACHING SESSIONS
THIS WILL ALLOW OUR RIDERS TO BE COACHED IN THE CORRECT GROUP ACCORDING TO THEIR ABILITY LEVEL AND WILL ALSO ALLOW THE COACHES MORE TIME WITH THE RIDERS.
WE APOLOGISE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE, BUT WE FEEL THAT THESE CHANGES ARE NECESSARY TO CONTINUE OUR EXCELLENT AND SUCCESSFUL PROGRAMME OF DELIVERING COACHING AT MID LANCS.
Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time for your appropriate starting time so that the sessions can start on time, Thank you !

The North Region Summer Series comes to COPPULL this Sunday, Where we at Mid Lancs Bmx Club will play host to Round 5 !
Times, schedule and location information below.
Morning Schedule:
Registration 09.30 until 11.00.
Open practice 09.30 to 10.30. Split pens 13 and under, 14+.
Gates 10.30 to 11.45.
Afternoon Schedule:
Racing at 12.15 approx.
All motos and 4th novice moto.
Novice presentation.
Run offs and semis.
Break to update sheets.
Finals.
Times are subject to weather and attendance !

Lunch will be the usual “Mid Lancs ” specials, Plus Jacket Potatoes with various fillings such as chilli, cheese or beans. Pasta with Tuna mayo or Tomato and Hot dogs !
There will also be a B-B-Q selling Sausages & Burgers, And a seperate stall selling cold drinks & sweets !
