Hi Guys
I am sending notice that our 2012 Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 20th February at 7pm.
It will be held in the Lilford Suite at Park Hall Hotel, Charnock Richard, Chorley. Tea and Coffee will be provided.
At this meeting, all members of the current committee will stand down, and then election of a new committee for 2012 will take place.
Nominations for positions of officers on the committee can be made on the night but nominations can also be forwarded to me beforehand.
Once the AGM has closed, a general club meeting will be held.
If you are attending could you please let me know so that I can confirm numbers to the Hotel
If you have any queries of questions please let me know.
Please note however that, in order to attend this meeting, you must be a club member so it is important that you renew your club membership for 2012 as soon as possible.
